This range of cryogenic pipr support products meets the varying requirements of both the Piping and the Pipe Supporting Engineers. Our solutions provide options that satisfy the need of both specialists; a means to transfer the forces generated within the pipe into the surrounding structure that will not compromise the integrity of the insulation system.

Isocast is a high density load bearing insulation designed for cryogenic applications. The material has compressive and tensile strength to allow it to act as a support or anchor. Its insulating properties ensure that the temperature at the interface with the supporting steelwork is as near to ambient as possible.

Widely used for cryogenic and LNG applications, HD PUF has unrivalled insulation properties combined with good load carrying capability.

CFC-free blowing agents are used to produce a ‘rigid’ moulded product with a very low isocyanate index, resulting in a virtually chloride-free composition.

Component parts are moulded to precise dimensions and can be machined to incorporate thrust and torsion flanges. Cylindrical components are monolithically moulded in 180° segments.

Where multi-layer systems are required, concentric, cylindrical components that match the layering thickness of the main insulation system are available.
